Fishing Examination November 2026

For the area of Oberbergischer Kreis, the next fishing examination will be conducted from Monday, November 2, 2026, to a maximum of Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

Applications for admission to the fishing examination must be submitted by October 5, 2026, at the latest to the District Administrator, Lower Fisheries Authority, Stahlstr. 5, 51645 Gummersbach. Applications received later will no longer be considered. If the maximum capacity of participants for the examination is reached earlier, you will receive a corresponding rejection notice.

The examination fee to be paid for admission to the fishing examination will be charged with the admission letter for participation in the fishing examination. The fee must be transferred in advance of the fishing examination within the deadline. Participation in the examination may be randomly dependent on proof of payment of the fee.

The examination will take place in Engelskirchen-Wiehlmünden, Hammerwiese 40, 51766 Engelskirchen, in the local community center. The specific day and time of the respective examination start for the applicants will be communicated to them after the registration deadline and review of manageable capacities in the form of a written admission to the fishing examination.
