Replacement appointment of a representative in the district council of the Oberbergischer Kreis

According to Section 35 of the Municipal Election Act (KWahlG), the following is hereby publicly announced:

The district council member Sabine Grützmacher - member of the district council faction ALLIANCE 90/THE GREENS – loses her mandate according to Section 37 No. 2 KWahlG as of 30.06.2026.

According to Section 45 KWahlG, I hereby determine that Ms. Beate Mauelshagen, born in 1963, 51580 Reichshof, mauelshagen@gruene-reichshof.de, is elected to the district council of the Oberbergischer Kreis from the reserve list of ALLIANCE 90/THE GREENS. Ms. Mauelshagen has accepted the election.

Against this decision, according to Section 39 (1) KWahlG

• any eligible voter of the electoral district,
• the leadership responsible for the electoral district of such parties and voter groups that participated in the election, and
• the supervisory authority

may file an objection within one month after the announcement, if they consider a decision on the validity of the election according to Section 40 (1) letters a) to c) of the KWahlG to be necessary. The objection must be submitted in writing to the district election official, Moltkestraße 42, 51643 Gummersbach, or declared orally for the record. The deadline for filing objections to the replacement determination begins on the day of the announcement.
