Do you want to travel abroad with your medically prescribed narcotic drugs? Then you need a certificate from your doctor, which must be certified by us. You can find the appropriate form here.

If you plan to travel for up to 30 days to member states of the Schengen Agreement and want to bring medically prescribed narcotic drugs, you will need a certificate from your doctor. This certificate will be certified by us if you reside in the Oberbergischer Kreis or if your doctor's practice is located in the Oberbergischer Kreis. The appropriate form can be found below.
 
If you are traveling to countries outside the Schengen Agreement and want to bring narcotic drugs, please contact the embassy or consulate of the destination country. They will provide you with information on the import regulations for narcotic drugs. In such cases, the form "Certificate for Carrying Narcotic Drugs to Countries Outside the Schengen Agreement" is generally used, which you can also find below.
