Change of Name e.g. due to Marriage

You have changed your name, e.g., after getting married.

Required documents:

• Registration certificate Part I (ZBI / vehicle registration document)

• Registration certificate Part II (ZB II / vehicle title)

• Current ID card or ID card with certificate of name change
  The name change must already be registered with the resident registration office.

Note
For name changes of associations and companies, a transfer is usually required,
for changes in legal form, a transfer is always required.
